congrats to NP HOCKEY (MEN'S) TEAM 07 for receiving the half colour award,
congrats to haikal & farhan for receiving the full colour (national representative) award,

well done guys. keep up the awesome play but dun forget wat coach said. girls, we gotta keep fighting. like the ball's yr everything. remember when you're on the pitch, it's like a warzone. ROBUST. COMMUNICATE. SUPPORT. have faith in yourself and the team. never say give up!!
ITE'S waiting for us on Wednesday. show em' wat we can do alright.

TRAINING SCHEDULE 14/7-18/7
MON 14/7: COMBINED @ CCAB 8 to 10pm
TUES 15/7: GIRLS @ OPA 7 to 9pm
WED 16/7: COMBINED @ SCH 6 to 9pm
THURS 17/7: GIRLS @ CCAB 8 to 10pm (friendly with Police Div 1)
FRI 18/7: GUYS @ CCAB 6 to 8pm
TRAIN HARD PEOPLE!!
*note to girls: yea, it's 4 trg days in a row but it's the last lap so keep it going strong! (:

Hey guys and girls!
Having a hard time coping with truckloads of school work and intensive trg all at one go? COME ON. WE'LL GO THROUGH THIS AS A TEAM AND SURVIVE!
As you guys know POL-ITE's like less than 2 wks away. so every trg is impt and everyone of you is impt. we gotta train harder, both physically and mentally. give one another support, encouragement, advice. listen to what coach and your team mates have to say and apply it in the game. have confidence in yourself and the team as well.
All the time and sweat and effort will not go to waste. Train as a team, play as a team, charge as a team and rejoice as a team.
WE CAN DO IT!

The fixtures for the POL-ITE Hockey Tournament will be as follows:21 Jul 2008 (Mon) - NP v NYP
24 Jul 2008 (Thu) - NP v SP
28 Jul 2008 (Mon) - NP v TP
30 Jul 2008 (Wed) - NP v ITE
All matches start at 5pm. Reporting time is 30 minutes before the game.Training dates for the following week will be:7 Jul (Mon) - 7-9pm @ OPA (girls)8 Jul (Tue) - 6-8pm @ CCAB (guys & girls)
9 Jul (Wed) - 7pm @ NYP (friendly against NYP) (guys)10 Jul (Thu) - 8-10pm @ CCAB (friendly against police Div. 1) (girls)11 Jul (Fri) - 7-9pm @ OPA (girls)
12 Jul (Sat) - 8-10pm @ CCAB (guys)
I'd like to emphasize on the importance of training. We have 2 weeks to POL-ITE and I hope to see full attendance for every training unless there's a valid reason. Let's train hard as a team alright!
